Dr. Edwin B. R. Gbargaye

Dr. Edwin B. R. Gbargaye holds a Doctor of Public Administration form the National College of Public Administration & Governance with emphasis in Social Development from the University of the Philippines.  He also holds Master in Development Management with emphasis in Public Management from the Graduate School of, Pangasinan State University (PSU), Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, Philippines. 

He earned a Master of Public Administration with emphasis in Public Fiscal Administration from the National College of Public Administration & Governance University of the Philippines- Diliman. In 1998 he earned a Bachelor Science in Economics with emphasis in International Economics from the College of Business and Public Administration, University of Liberia,
