Wesley K. Gaye Sr. joined the team as an ambitious Environmental professional with instituted courage in Sustainable Environmental management and natural resource. he am potentate, gaiety, and well committed person with good institutional skills as well as willing to learn from other professional. 

 
He holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Science University of Liberia, he earned a certificate of achievement and a license ESIA Training EPA Liberia. He received a Certificate of completion  in Integrating Climate Change In UNICEF'S Planning and programming and Climate Change Negotiations & Health from UNCCLEARN. He also received certificate of achievement in ISO 45001: 2018 Principle of Occupation Health and Safety Management System from Alison Institute of Ireland. Record of Achievement in Standard Precautions: Environmental Cleaning & Disinfection, WHO.

He served as Supervisor for census at Institute of statistics & Geo- information Services (LISGIS). He also served as Central control Room (CCR) Coordinator/Operator Fouta Cement Corporation Liberia. He served as Environmentalist, at Ecogreen Consultant, Inc. He served as Environmental Compliance Manager Fouta Cement Corporation Liberia. He is a Teaching Assistant (T.A), Department of Environmental studies  at the University of Liberia. He served as Field Technician on Environmental Risks Impact Assessments for (HUMEL) . He is the Founder & CEO at Human & Environment -Liberia (HUMEL)
